A FUN DAY with  HONZA & CLAUDINE

 

We were swinging through Boulder during our US teaching tour, and "randomly" got together with Ben and Andrew from Caveman Collective to work on some outdoor urban yoga images. After two mornings of capturing footage in between photo locations, and with zero planning, they set about trying to make a little video piece to capture a day in our life. The way the project came together paired perfectly with our mantra of just saying yes to things and letting the magic of life do the rest.

ACRO 'CELLO FLOW'

 

"We never know who we'll meet at any given time but those whom we do meet are destined."  Our dear friend David Joshua Ford made this video with us set in the beautiful Botanical Gardens right outside of our yoga school. This was filmed before we had our space and it now feels like a beautiful premonition of the studio that we now call our home base in Sydney. This is one of our all time favourites!

DIVINE by NAYA MARIE

 

Our dear friend Naya is an incredible musician and we've adopted her as part of our family. When she invited us to collaborate on a video together, we were over the moon. We spent the day in a small recording studio that was transformed into an amazing set for the video you see here. This was the second video that we created with David Joshua Ford. We are so grateful to have met this talented dude. Together we all brought a new dimension to the beautiful voice of Naya Marie.

STEPHANIE RICE TEST DRIVES ACROVINYASA™

 

ACROVINYASA tested by 3x Olympic swimming gold medalist Steph Rice at YogaBeyond School.

 

Stephanie Rice is in da house!!! Say whaaaat?!?!!! We had the pleasure of welcoming the 3x Olympic gold medalist to our yoga school for a test drive of ACROVINYASA™. Steph is currently producing a web series about health and fitness for her new website www.stephanierice.com, and asked us to film an episode with her. We had such a blast with this swimming superstar! She rocked her vinyasa practice, nailed a handstand and had way too much fun flying for the very first time. Well done Steph!

ACRO @ AVOCA BEACH

 

We placed the camera on our backpack, turned it on and hoped for the best! We took this clip in one take and it turned out to be our first acro video that we shared with our community. The song seems to epitomize how we play and interact together. We love to keep things light and always remember that essentially we're doing this to have fun! We would like to invite you to embrace your own life journey with an innate sense of connection, play and benevolent curiosity.
